1. SMS Program Overview

This campaign sends both non-marketing and optional marketing SMS messages to customers who have expressly opted in to receive them.

Non-Marketing SMS: These include notifications, alerts, and occasional transactional communications (e.g., pest control tips, appointment reminders, and service updates).

Marketing SMS: These include promotional offers, discounts, or other marketing communications related to our pest control services.Message frequency may vary, but you may receive up to 5 non-marketing messages per month and up to 3 marketing messages per month, depending on your interaction (e.g., booking services, requesting quotes, or opting into promotions).

• Non-Marketing: "Thank you for using Bug-Masters LLC, how was your experience with our service? Reply STOP to Unsubscribe"

• Non-Marketing: "Thank you for contacting Bug-Masters LLC, how can we help you? Reply STOP to Unsubscribe"

• Marketing: "Save 15% on your next pest control service with Bug-Masters LLC! Offer valid until 3/31/25. Reply STOP to Unsubscribe"

2. Opt-In Consent

Non-Marketing SMS: By checking the box on our web form and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Bug-Masters, LLC at the number provided.

Marketing SMS: You may separately opt in to receive marketing SMS messages by checking a specific box on our web form or texting a keyword like "PROMO" to our number. You can opt in or out of marketing SMS independently of non-marketing SMS.

3. Opt-Out Process

Non-Marketing SMS: You can cancel non-marketing SMS at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon receiving "STOP," we will send you a confirmation SMS to verify that you have been unsubscribed from non-marketing messages. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive non-marketing SMS from us unless you opt in again.

Marketing SMS: You can cancel marketing SMS at any time by texting "STOP" to any marketing message. Upon receiving "STOP," we will send a confirmation SMS to verify your unsubscribe status from marketing messages, and you will no longer receive marketing SMS from us unless you opt in again.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.

5. Privacy

Your information, including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent (for both non-marketing and marketing messages), will not be sold or shared with third parties or subcontractors for marketing purposes. It may be shared with trusted SMS delivery providers necessary to send messages, and only with your prior consent.
